But the only thing that somewhat bothered me was the lack of decent fading with the music. I know there was some, but it just felt like every part had it's own song, which gives a feeling like a sketch show, although this is supposed to have some sort of story.
Try to make them fade better, or continue the songs during different scenes... if that made any sense.
Some voice acting could also be nice, it would make everything a little bit more interesting, although typing has also got its benefits (like smileys, spacing and stuff) which you do use to a good effect..
But great job and I do look forward to seeing the rest of this series.
yes! i agree 103% with you. i have started to look into making the audio better. editing audio and streaming the audio too. so i hope the quality of the works gets better on the next one. i kinda rushed at the end because i had a self set deadline of uploading before 2012 :3
It ain't to bad for a third submission.
The graphics were ok, but not good either.
I don't notice any bugs, but you should maybe draw some sort of grid on the ground, I think it will look nicer.
I also noticed that my mouse reacted quite weird, but that can also just be my pc fucking up.
The last thing is that you should make a buy screen dissapear if you select a tile because otherwise you can just have your entire screen filled with buy screens (I know there is a close button, but making it happen automaticly would be cooler).
But still pretty solid programming, so just keep training and trying to add stuff when making newer projects.
it's a really simple concept, but it get's really nice after a while. But except for the epic tune and just plain great game, most of all, I liked the story that was happening down below, it tells of land in total warfare, but you can only guess why. This really intrigues me and it gives a total extra dimension to the game, especially combined with the sound and the cloud that didn't give a fuck about what was going on below.
I guess you intended it this way, because otherwise you would have never added 'pay no attention to the world below', A.K.A, you are definately going to watch the world :)

I understand that you can't really make a gym advert funny, but i guess that you could at least try to do so.

Just keep training on your flash skills and i'm sure that you'll make some really nice stuff cause your drawings are still rude but good
it was an okay game, but it really wasn't that interesting, a little menu with instructions would be nice and of course some music would make this game a lot better. And next time you make a game, you should try to make it more original, taking an idea that has already been executed isn't bad, but you must try to ad your own little twist to it, wich will in turn help you if you want to create some real nice games.
this is a really nice game altough maybe you could also add a shop that sells stuff for coins that you earn in-game, I didn't mind the shop that required donations (everybody needs to earn money in a way), but i found it annoying that there was no other way to buy weapons/ armor
i really loved it althoug a endless game would be nice, even if you couldn't end it, maybe together with some sort of achievements. I also really think that this game has got alot of potential to become a great Iphone game, maybe you should try to make an Iphone version of it (althoug i wouldn't know how to do that) or contact someone for that.
the only downside of the game is that it gets boring after a while, but I don't think that that's a big surprise ;)

My teacher was really strict, so everything was regulated so it was sensible.

overall okay

great game
i really loved it althoug a endless game would be nice, even if you couldn't end it, maybe together with some sort of achievements. nice game, but adding upgrades to the ship and to the weapons, without just adding new weapons would be cool
